No. Where PayPal checkout is offered, it can support PayPal account payments or guest checkout by credit card. E-check payments through a PayPal account may also be accepted when presented at checkout. The current Shopify checkout will display every available payment method.

Badges are currently available at pre-registration prices through the official SeizaCon online store. Three-day badge dates, prices, and options are listed on the ticket page.

Badges may also be purchased onsite beginning the first day of the convention and throughout the weekend through the end of Sunday, subject to availability.

Yes. For groups of five or more, take $5 off each badge price per tier. The discount is calculated automatically, so no coupon code is needed.

Group discounts do not apply to VIP Access Badges, Parent Badges, or one-day badges.

At this time, SeizaCon does not offer a military discount on badge purchases.

No. SeizaCon does not accept phone orders. Purchase through the official online store or, when available, onsite.

Open the ticket page, choose the desired badge option, enter the quantity, and select Add to Cart. Quantities can also be adjusted in the cart before checkout.

Each friend must pick up their own badge at Registration. For example, if you purchase one badge for yourself and one for a friend, each badge will be held under the individual attendee’s name.

Contact the SeizaCon Registration team as soon as possible. Eligibility for a change, cancellation, or refund depends on the ticket terms and timing.

Yes. A valid SeizaCon badge is required for all special events and convention programming unless SeizaCon explicitly announces otherwise.

SeizaCon is a destination for anime, tabletop gaming, and video gaming for all ages. Attendees participate in role-playing games (RPGs), trading card games (TCGs), live-action role-playing games (LARPs), video games, and other games, along with hobby-focused events.

The weekend also features special guests, panels, dance parties, artist and vendor spaces, cosplay, live entertainment, and community meetups.

The programming list, schedule, rooms, and event information will be published on the website closer to the convention. Follow SeizaCon for release announcements.

SeizaCon does not ship badges. A confirmation or order code is emailed to the billing email address. Use that information to redeem badges at the Pre-Registration or Registration table during convention operating hours.

Badges are picked up during the convention’s published operating hours. Bring the order confirmation and a matching photo ID. Each attendee may be required to pick up their own badge.

Use a current version of a mainstream browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the Shopify checkout.

For completeness, SeizaCon’s former registration system listed Internet Explorer 7 or later, Mozilla Firefox 15 or later, and Google Chrome 29 or later as tested browsers. Those versions are now obsolete and should not be used. Contact the Website team if checkout still fails.

Confirm the code, dates, eligible product, and cart requirements. The former registration system noted that Internet Explorer 9–11 sometimes required Compatibility View and directed attendees to Microsoft documentation; that legacy advice does not apply to current Shopify checkout.

If a current SeizaCon code still fails, contact Website support and include the code, badge option, and a description of the message—without sending payment details.

A SeizaCon confirmation code identifies confirmed badge purchases at the Pre-Registration table. After payment processes, one code is issued for all badges in a single transaction and sent to the billing email used at checkout.

Under the former registration process, attendees were asked to allow two to three business days after confirmed payment, with PayPal e-check transactions potentially taking longer. The confirmation code was not the PayPal Transaction ID or Purchase ID and was sent only from a SeizaCon email address. Shopify confirmations are generally sent automatically, but processing can still vary by payment method.

Check spam or junk folders, then contact Registration if a confirmation has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

The billing email is used to communicate about badges and purchases. SeizaCon does not sell or share billing or registration information with third parties except as necessary to operate the transaction and event. An individual attendee email may also help verify identity at pre-registration.
