Chicago-native Erica Mendez now lives in Los Angeles, where her work spans voice-over performance, English-language script adaptation, and directing.

Erica’s performances connect some of anime and gaming’s most recognizable worlds.

Her fan-favorite roles include Retsuko in Aggretsuko, Ryuko in KILL la KILL, Gon in Hunter x Hunter, Aladdin in Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, Yuuki in Sword Art Online II, Sailor Uranus in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon, Megumin in Konosuba, Emma in The Promised Neverland, Akko in Little Witch Academia, Diane in Seven Deadly Sins, Nico in Love Live!, Raphtalia in The Rising of the Shield Hero, Bernadetta in Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and Kamisato Ayaka in Genshin Impact.

Her voice can also be heard throughout major games and animated series, while her work behind the microphone has expanded into script adaptation and directing.
